Ken Parekh is an Executive Coach who brings more than twenty-five years of experience to advising global businesses in highly competitive marketplaces. He specializes in high technology, bio-pharma and professional services organizations, with an emphasis on working with analytical, entrepreneurial leaders. He has a passion for growing and developing people, often coaching technical, engineering, and R&D managers who wish to transition into leaders.
Prior to his coaching work, Ken was a Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International, driving executive recruiting and development for advanced technology and services clients. He was also a Principal with Deloitte Consulting, where he founded their successful High Technology practice and was a leader in their Innovation practice.
