Grahame Pitts is an Executive Coach and Facilitator, with a particular interest in the link between individual leadership, executive team performance, and the delivery of strategy. He provides individual coaching, team workshops, and leadership development programs to a wide variety of organizations.
Grahame has worked extensively in the UK, USA and Europe, across a diverse range of industries, including: Media, retail, logistics, manufacturing, data management and finance. He has more than 20 years of experience in organizational development and coaching.
He is currently conducting research in the impact of multi- generational family patterns on leadership and behavior. Grahame helps his clients learn how to respond to the gifts and difficulties that are passed down through a family story, and how they drive leadership behaviors and responses.
