Deepa Awal coaches senior and mid-level executives in both the US and India. Her expertise lies in her attention to systems and cultural considerations. She employs an ontological approach, which addresses not only the problem itself, but also how the individual approaches the problem. She encourages the exploration of assumptions and interpretations, the emotions in which these interpretations are held, and the somatic tendencies that arise to support them.
